About Us
Accommodations
Mijajov Dvor features 4 comfortable apartments—3 with one bedroom and 1 with two bedrooms. Every unit includes a private bathroom and a balcony. Take a look at our photo gallery to find the apartment that’s perfect for you!
Apartments 2 and 3 now feature bunk beds instead of the pull-out sofa beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two guests. Please note that this change is not yet reflected in the photos on this site.
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Amenities
All apartments are fully equipped with a fridge, oven, sink, hot plates, coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning, a clothes drying rack, covered guest parking, television and Wi-Fi. Each unit also includes dishes and cutlery, along with all the necessary cooking and serving utensils, allowing guests to easily prepare their own meals. Please note that laundry facilities are not available on the property.
The closest beach is approximately 200 meters away, and there are many other beautiful beaches in the area to choose from.

Local establishments
Sumartin offers plenty of options for enjoying a coffee or dining out, with several cafés and restaurants, as well as two grocery stores—all within easy walking distance of Mijajov Dvor. The local bakery offers freshly baked goods daily, and many of the restaurants serve dishes prepared with fresh fish caught that very day.
Selca, located only a short distance away, has plenty of great places to eat, enjoy a coffee, experience the local nightlife, or pick up groceries.

About Sumartin
Sumartin is a small port village on the island of Brač. It is the youngest settlement on the island and administratively belongs to the Selca municipality. According to the 2011 census, the village has a population of 491.
Sumartin was founded on 11 November 1646, the feast day of Saint Martin of Tours, by refugees from the Dalmatian coast and Bosnia and Herzegovina who were fleeing the Ottoman Empire. (Source: Wikipedia)
Sumartin is connected to the rest of Brač—including Supetar, which has a ferry connection to Split—by the island’s main road, D113. The village is also directly connected by ferry from its harbour to Makarska on the mainland.
